And when my obsession for Angry Birds reached its threshold, I scribbled these words..And I am aware of the kiddish element in it..:P


ANGRY BIRDS FEVER

When boredom attacks you,
Angry birds are there to protect you
Pull the catapult and hit the enemies.
Weirdly the piggy laughs, and smartly the birds fly.

Red, blue, yellow and black
Colourful warriors fight the star wars.
Space or seasons both the versions
Equally grab attention!

Reddie the cutest,
Though he has no special power or weapon
Rovio the creator, has gifted every bird either
With beauty or amazing power.

Angry birds excel in making you obsessed
Pencils, bags, slippers, and puzzles its fans possess.
Once a member of the angry bird club
One forgets real life and flies away
In a world, away from the world.

The month of Mental Health Awareness came to an end last week. Putting your alarm on snooze after this? Please don't. This is a movement with a global welfare perspective and it needs your support to grow. The awareness campaigns on mental health and mental illnesses by various organisations both on and off social media reached out to a section of the population which is great but reaching out to every human being is the larger objective. The baby steps we take now are the roots of the foundation for tomorrow. Understanding the person next to you, encouraging emotional hygiene, sharing your awareness with fellow citizens, normalising mental healthcare services is a few starters we need to work on. When winter is the season in town, you wear warm clothes to protect yourself from catching a cold. Agree?
